I was traveling through the area pulling my horse trailer with my horses when I developed a problem with my F-250. Being away from home with horses in tow made the situation pretty stressful. I called the dealership, explained what was going on, and they were extremely accommodating. They got me in first thing the very next morning on short notice, diagnosed the problem, and worked to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to understand my situation. When you’re traveling with horses, you can’t simply leave the truck somewhere for several days, and I really appreciated them going out of their way to help a traveler passing through. Excellent service and a great experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
